1.Your relationship to the applicant.

2.The applicant’s performance.

3.Strengths and weaknesses of the applicant.

4.The applicant’s interpersonal skills. How effective are the applicant’s interpersonal skills in the workplace?

5.The applicant’s written and spoken communication skills.

6.How does the applicant accept constructive criticism?

7.The most important thing you would like the Admissions Committee to know.

We ask that recommendation be limited to 1000 words.
