I had mine on campus. Interviewer was an admissions officer and very friendly. Handed my resume and a sheet, which i had just filled out upon arrival, which asked to write ST/LT goals (space given to answer each is limited so i think they just expect the highlights)

Questions i got:

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Describe professional accomplishments, why important.
3. What is leadership style?
4. Why MBA / why now? weaved it with goals/why Kellogg.
5. What would teammates say are 3 strengths?
6. What would teammates say is 1 weakness?
7. Difficult situation with team?
8. What I do outside of work?
9. Why did I choose my undergrad school?
10. Any concerns in application would like to address?
11. Anything else to add?
12. Any questions for me?
