高人说： 写好一篇文章，必须注意4方面：思想、结构、语言、速度。
思想：说大白话，就是我们对一个问题的观点及理由。考试时，在短短几分钟的审题时间内，想不出合适的观点及理由，语言能力再高，作文也拿不了高分；
例如拿到一个极其无聊的题目

靠，让我用中文写，我也得想半天才能憋出几个理由，在考场上30分钟用英文，打死我也写不出一篇5分的作文。
结构：就是文章布局，一篇高分文章结构总不会2个理由段，一个理由段10句，一个理由段1句吧。
语言：全在我们个人的语言水平，这只能自己准备；临时抱佛脚的办法就是找本书，背些例句，背几个模板。
速度：要拿5分，一般要有在30分钟内写300字的水准。
我个人认为写作水平的提高并不是短期就能做到，这主要是指语言能力方面。
为了短时间内通过考试，我们可以在思想、结构方面找些办法。幸好ETS现在考前就公布了TWE的题库（类似GMAT考试，我感觉是为了明年机考做准备），TWE的题目可能从TOEFL 报名手册上的题库中出（今年1、5、8月的题就是），而题库中约有180道题，除去20道左右已考过的题目，还有160道左右新题。
我想建议斑竹组织12名GTER，每个人负责15道题左右，在一周的时间内，写出提纲、理由、素材（注意：并不要求写成文章），平均每人需花12个小时左右时间。这样，我们每个人只要花精力在文章字句的组织上了，在此基础上，每个人可以根据自己的实际情况，自己挑一些题目组织文章，完善理由，写成自己的范文摸板。如果愿意的话，可以贴出来，由斑竹组织建立一个文章数据库，供后人参考。
