The interviewer has read my materials but due to irrelevant background, she asked me to introduce my background and my job in details; the interviewer speaks very good English as well.

Introduce your job, how did you achieve sales growth in the first job, what did you do to make your products more competitive ? Ask a lot about our product pricing model and those under my control
Difference between the two companies you have worked for ? Compare European company with Chinese SOE. Which company you think is more attractive ?

Why INSEAD ? Except what you mentioned about international perspective and diversity, what specific things you want to learn at INSEAD ?

How would you achieve your career goals ?

Advice
Definitely involve your wife in the whole MBA process - MBA experience may significantly change the way you think and see the world, so ensure to involve your wife in the process so that she can keep in pace with you
Make the most use of the alumni network INSEAD provides, although MNC are about solution, but alumni at that company will surely make connection easier
Because people treated you friendly and helped you, so you want to be nice to people come to you querying about the school

Advice
look for internship and investment bank opportunities in London - INSEAD is a name more recognized in Europe, if you really want international experience, you shall stay in London for two years and then come back to Asia
involve your wife in the whole MBA process - MBA experience may significantly change the way you think, so ensure to involve your wife in the process so that she can keep in pace with you the life-long alumni network INSEAD provides
good idea is important and execution is even more important
