A few points:
1. Schools don't care when you took the GMAT, as long as it is valid.
2. With your background, you typically start as a Product Manager.  Then you will start to manage larger teams.
3. If you want to advance in China, you do not need an MBA.  Just use your undergrad is enough.  Your work experience is more valuable.
4. In terms of target, you could start with S16 schools.
