OK~看了一下OG的解释明白它的意思了~~
首先先理解这句话的逻辑关系，BP发出的动作是capitalized ,而coordinate在语义逻辑上显然次于capitalized~（这个LZ多读一下句子相信会有感觉的~）
那么E选项中，coordinated因为逻辑上次于capitalized，故而应首先理解为过去分词（而非过去式）修饰book illustration,但是因为后面and把它和capitalized并列了，所以又做了过去式修饰BP，所以解释中才会说the paricipal phrase does not clearly modify book illustration
the relationships among the parts of the sentence are unclear(因为coordinated和capitalized可以做过去分词修饰illustrations，又可以做过去式修饰BP~而语义上应该是coordinated做过去分词，capitalized做过去式，总之这里很混乱，非常unclear~)

错误其实在于E选项的them上。  它试图指代 介宾短语in her book illustrations 里面的 illustration.

这样用法不好的， 其实当你读句子的时候，一般你都是抓主干， 你怎么会看到主句

再去从一个modifer（介宾短语）里面找出其指代对象。

这也是OG里面为什么写， the particiipial does not clearly modify book illustration;

对比正确句子C，你就会发现它的意思已经改变， 一个modifer部分变成了主干，肯定意思大变。

我记得类似一体讲到金字塔因为...湿度，所以关闭， 里面一题的选项them也是类似道理。

没错~~我读E的时候也觉得them的指代有问题~~但是them前面没有其它复数noun，所以不确定这里一定错误。。。

其实最重要的还是抓住这里的逻辑：coordinated语义逻辑上次于capitalized，这样问题就迎刃而解了~
