四、学校面试面经
我一共申请了7家学校。University of Texas at Austin(UTA), University of Southern California(USC), University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), Michigan State University (MSU), Bentley University , George Wshington University (GWU), Indiana University.
截止到目前为止，收到了5个AD，（USC, UIUC, MSU, Bentley, GWU)，一封拒信，（UTA）一所暂时没有消息。（Indiana) 在7所学校之中，我参加了三种形式的interview: USC是face to face interview, MSU是telephone interview, Indiana U是voicemail interview. 三种形式各有特色，所以也区分对待。
1. Face to Face Interview
由于最后选择去USC，相对face to face interview 也最正规，所以先谈谈这个。国外的面试官即使有点tough(面我的那个就是），也表现的很尊重。这点比国内要“文明”很多。面试时先讨论了一番我的中文名和英文名，以及怎么来上海的，上海和广州远不远。然后正文,比较正常的问题有：
1.Tell me more about yourself.
2.Why Accounting?
3.Do you apply jobs?
4.Do you have other admissions from other universities?
5.Why is a good candidate? How can you stand out from so many excellent candidates?
6.In your friends' eyes, what kind of person you are?
比较诡异的有：
1. Which moment has changed your life?
2. Which moment of your life has changed your belief?
3. Which animal characterizes you most?
2.Telephone Interview
这是MSU的面试形式。约了半夜四点.......当时我已经觉得很累了。之前睡也睡不着，干脆看电视看到夜里4点。非常严格地按照简历上一点一点来面。

3.Tell me a little bit about your internship experience in local accounting firm and PwC.
4. Tell me a little bit about your leadership experience.
3. Indiana University
这个是voicemail interview.就是你自己打电话过去当场回答它的三个问题。

2.Why is a good candidate?
3.What is the biggest challenge of accounting profession in the global environment?
都说出国是个很艰难的过程。而这种艰难，不外乎都是对心的磨砺。战胜自己的恐惧，自己的担忧，战胜自己的浮躁等等等等。在此过程中，我深尝个中种种滋味。很多次，我都深深感到无能为力，心里的紧张和不安也只能让我心中暗自祈祷，此外别无他法；那种茫然无措的等待，那种深入到骨子里的期盼和担心，每每都敲击着我。但是每每这个时候，我都告诉自己要经得起等待，要沉住气，要隐忍，要冷静。而这些对心的磨砺，才是申请之中最大的收获。一个人开始能够承担以前所不能承担的，是成长的开始。
