Our program
The Lubar School of Business Ph.D. program in Organizations and Strategic Management (O&SM) prepares our graduates to become management professors at major research universities. Students can specialize in Strategic Management, Organization Theory, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and International Business. The collegial atmosphere of our program encourages students to learn together and allows close student contact with faculty members in management and across the business disciplines. The result is an intense educational and apprenticeship experience, with nearly all of our students presenting their research at prestigious international conferences such as the Academy of Managementconference.
