UNC我是Adcom面试，face to face在北京，一共面了30余分钟，发问方式犹如一台机器。问题如下

1 Brief introduction of your career path and your current job

2 why unc

3 leadership style

4 what is the role i paly in the team when i was a leader

5 what environment i like to work in

6 what will i repsonse when i was in the emergency

7 why UNC should choose me over other chinese applicants?

8 How do i handle when the multi important things are coming up

午夜2点15，电话如约响起，是一个说话挺和气的老师，听起来挺年轻的，好像叫Steven（居然没听清楚 ）

语速不快，那个老师很和气，面试持续了42分钟，除了那些问题还聊了点别的，他

是UNC MBA毕业，Admission Committe是他Part time的工作

他问我交了Essay没有，我说还没有，这两天就交，

跟我说让我在Essay里把我的Uniqueness Visuallize出来，还有要最好找个老外帮我Polish

就是我中途某两个问题因为太紧张，舌头打卷，有点结结巴巴，好像没回答清楚似的。55555

不过后来放松下来以后就好了，奇怪的是问完所有问题以后的聊天就完全流畅了

电话面试的确要比其他面试容易紧张，容易答不出来。

这是我第一次电话面， 总的来说还可以了，没有我想象的那么糟，也希望能对大家有帮助

Just checked the status on-line, and got admitted, no scholarship info.

Almost give up by the rejections from Duke and Ross.

Background: G 720, T waived. Engineering PhD from US, 2+ working experience in US.

BTW, also got admission to UF one year program, with tuition waived. But probably won't go even though I'm already a gator.

好像今年关于UNC的讨论很少，我就抛个砖吧。说实话这不是第一个OFFER，我还没有想好，但是想给UNC说几句话，KFBS真的是一个非常好的学校：

1、规模小，水平高，近几年呈上升趋势。

2、人NICE， 团结，就业率一直很不错。

3、地理位置在科技三角区，CHAPELL HILL气候四季如春，风景如画

4、北卡在美国还是很有名的，尤其在好像是1791年建的校。

我会过几个北卡的校友，感觉他们的整体素质非常不错，一点不差于我见过的M7的校友们，一看就是精心挑选去的。

这几年收的中国人在增加，从大前年到去年大概应当是5个、6个、8个（左右啊，我也不十分确定）

还有，北卡的TEAMWORK也很强，想象就知道，这样一个体育传统超强的老校，对于我们哪些爱动的同学是相当有吸引力的，校友包括谁不用我说了把（乔丹、米亚哈姆。。。

我是R2的申请，有同道欢迎交流，如果你们的选择是北卡，我觉得绝对不会错的，虽然她的特点不是想其他学校那么突出，（或者说我们不太熟悉，比如房地产就很强）但是绝对很难找出什么明显的劣势。

由于有些同学要交deposit,催得我们比较急了,现在公布一下first-year summer internship stat,目前10位first-year,9个拿到了internship,除了一个同学在找real estate,这个行业美国人都找得很累的,在加上市场不景气,所以难度挺大的.

其他情况如下:

Redhat (H.R.), Pfizer(marketing),Morgan Stanley (IBD, Hong Kong), Dell (finance), Delta Airline (finance), Novozymes (Marketing Beijing ),positions are located in US except  MS and Novozymes.

另外有一个同学拿了top school (wharton/chicago/columbia) level的offer,但是他为人比较低调,为了尊重他的privacy,就不公布了.还有两个同学拿了知名mnc的offer,一个在等written offer,一个还在面其他公司,他们暂时也不希望我们公布.
