求问C，看了之前的贴，还是没怎么懂，为什么在这里enabling作伴随状语就不对呢？？
观点1：之前有人说是因为enabling有可能做伴随，有可能修饰前面的phenomenon，所以有歧义
反驳1：下面的例子

在这里正确答案是leading，但并没有修饰前面system的歧义，所以我认为刚才那题enabling作伴随是没有问题的
观点2：伴随在这里的用法不恰当，
反驳2：再看一个例子：

上面的例子中，protecting说明了AH的功能，而在第一道题里面，enabling也是在说明construction的作用呀，
看来看去都没有发现问题，请各位NN们解答啊，这道题C中的伴随是不是有问题，如果有，是什么呢？如果没有，那C为什么错了呢？
