请教两道数学题:
   新东方补充教材上的369页的506和510题,题目如下:
1. week         number of tickets sold
        1                      1,000,000
        2                      1,000,000
        3                        750,000
        4                        250,000
The table above shows the numbers of tickets sold during each of the first 4 weeks after a movie was released. The producer of the movie received 10 percent of the revenue from every ticket sold with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000 per week for the first 4 weeks. If tickets sold for $4 each, how much did the producer receive for the first 4 weeks?
(A)$800,000    (B)$900,000   (C)$1,000,000  (D)$1,200,000   (E)$1,300,000
此题我选D,但书上的答案是E,不知哪里理解错误,还是答案有问题?

2.What is the 1st term in sequence S?
(1)The 3rd term in S is 2.
(2)The 2nd term in S is twice the 1st, and the 3rd term is three times the 2nd.
此题我选C,但书上的答案是E,不知错在何处,还是答案错了?

1) the money the producer receives respectively for the first 4 weeks will be: 400,000 400,000, 300,000, 200,000. Please note for the fourth week the producer will get $200,000,  not $100,000, which is simply 10% of the revenue, since, according to the conditions, the guaranteed minimum is $ 200,000.

2) I agree with you that the answer is C. I don't know why the given answer is E. Anybody can help? thanks in advance.
