我觉得这道题考了两点，

第一，since then 要用完成时，这样排除掉了A,D,E

第二，之所以把its circulation 放在后面，是为了 和 its advertising 连接，因为

这两个都是成倍增加的，如果选b，就会产生run-on sentence.
