But I noted some schools (US schools) need the financial statement (passport no.also) mailed with application. I wonder if the above is the prerequisite for the committee to evaluate my applicatio stuff and make a decision? Or can I mail them later upon admission?
You can check the specific requirements or ask for the school. In my book, many schools send out the offer without FS. But for some schools, FS is really a prerequisite.
