第一题：每年过后基数就变了吧，不是每年的基数都是10000吧？到了第二年基数就是10000（1+x%）了吧？我迷惑在这里。simple annual有影响吗？

题目说了，是simple annual interest ，意思是基数不变，每年固定的利息那种。

如果是compounded annually就是基数变的那种，熟话说的“利滚利”的那种。
