求大神指点一道数学题

(1)        25 percent of the projects at Company Z have 4 or more employees assigned to each project.
(2)         35 percent of the projects at Company Z have 2 or fewer employees assigned to each project.
      
A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.

完全不懂怎么做，感觉应该是我理解题意。。中位数怎么可以从中求出呢？

25% >=4
35% <=2
那么每个project assigned with  ,3 employees 的人 为 1-25% -35% =40%
假设 一共有100  个project, 按照每个project 分配的员工从小到大排列
那么 第 50 和51 和的平均值 就是median
50 和 51 都落到了 分配3个员工的区域。 因此可以求出median 啦， 应该为3


题中 任何一个条件都不能算出来median 但是合起来就可以啦。

一组数的中位数是多少？
1）25%的数大于等于4
2）30%的数小于等于2
结合1） 2） 剩下的部分等于3  在中间
中位数就是3了
