A有什么不对么？我记得adv好像可以出现在will之类的助动词前面的阿？

不考这个考点了.

it is hoped是插入语.不影响其他成分

hopefully是个口头用于，有2个意思，一个是怀有希望的，一个和it is

hoped一样，XDF讲的说是这个题两个意思不书面话，有歧义。请指正

ets认为hopefully可以表示in a hopeful manner而不能做it is hoped：he
