Undergrad GPA v.s Grad GPA

Which is more important ? Which GPA can be low and get away with ?

I have 3.2 in undergrad and 3.7 in Grad from the same Top-10 Chinese universities.

On GPA alone, am I at a disadvantage at Wharton,MIT,Kellogg,Chicago,Berkeley ? I'm expecting 700+ in GMAT.

These are the schools that I'm applying to.
