1990的moderate rainfall和light rainfall的天数都比1910少，可是1990的total rainfall却比1910多20%，那么只有1990的heavy rainfall的天数比1910多才有可能啊。为什么选A呢？我选的是D，虽然我觉得也有点牵强，但却是这里面最好的了。。。大家觉得呢？

heavy rain没有给出上限，只是说大于2 inches，所以可以做极端假设，某天来了洪灾，即使1990heavy rain的天数不及1910，但是一次足以超过1910的所有heavy rain的total amount

B，C都不可能，因为两者跟题干信息矛盾；
D不满足题干中20%的信息；
E如果满足了题干结论就错了。
A虽然一眼看上去是错的，但是是有这个可能的，理由和serene的一样，因为可能出现极端天气。
