答案是D，但是为什么B不行啊

因为文章没有建立版面多就代表声音真实，所以B选项提高版面比较与题目关系不大，就算有，也不如D直接驳斥文章对B的评价来的实惠

文章的意思就是，Bugle自身是市外企业集团所有，因此不得不关注G城市，所以不代表真实声音，这道题区分点就在于，要么答案说明Clarion也是外企公司拥有的，以此来驳斥其不能代表真实声音（因为文章没有对Clarion做任何定义，A就错在讨论广告的范围和代表真实度没有关系，因为文章没有任何暗示说明这个关系）；
要么答案直接驳斥文章对Bugle评价，以此来说明其能代表真实的声音（D中说明Bugle员工都在本地呆过很长时间了，说明其代表真实声音）
