The tuition really is a case-by-case issue. I would say between 20K-30K per year. Other expenses vary a lot for different locations. For scholarship, it all depends on your G/T and GPA. Honestly your G/710 is just a so so score for Chinese students. So, maybe you will get around 8k, or 10k at top.
