如果是A的话，that指代Personal spending...那就变成了personal spending in the July....more than doubled personal spending of 1.4% in personal spending...重复了。。。

谢谢，确实是重复的，我一开始也这样排除了A,可是C的比较，2个确实不是一个东西啊。。这怎么解释呢

额。不好意思忽略了LZ的原始问题~~

我觉得是说 八月份零售额0.8%的增长，增加了预期，这个预期的内容是第三季度的个人消费  会使这个季度的个人消费增长率比上一个季度翻倍

不是个人消费自己double， 是个人消费会使。。。double。。。
不知道这样有没有清楚点？

这里的double是动词，double the 1.4 percent growthrate ，所以翻译过来是使这个growthrate翻倍
