那么这个时候我们知道如果要证明这个结论是正确的，就需要排除一些正常工资以外的情况

比如D说的，加班的时候工资比平时高，如果Y中有很多人是因为加班而获得了额外的工资，那么就不能说明Y的平均工资比Z多了

所以D是排除了这种例外的情况
