Well, you should ask yourself first. As a PR, what's the single most important skill? Communication skills. How are your communications skills compare to all the native speakers in US? What makes an employer hire you instead of all the native speakers who study English, Journalism etc in US and have superior communication skills? Having a master degree is just not a good enough answer.
