我觉得此题有争议, 因为题中 "If all of the cans that were incorrectly labeled or dented failed inspection" 只能说明所有贴错标签的和凹陷的罐头都没通过质检, 但是不能说明所有没通过质检的罐头只是贴错标签的和凹陷的两种罐头. 应该还可以包括其他的. 举个例子说: 全校所有的单亲孩子都在我们班, 能说明我们班就只有单亲孩子没有别的孩子吗?  所以我觉得应该选E

 我覺得"If all of the cans that were incorrectly labeled or dented failed inspection" 這句話只是為了說明這次的瑕疵品檢驗不是抽樣檢測, 也就是說題目中所給的比例都是根據實際數目為基礎得到的, 如果是抽樣檢測的話, 我們就沒辦法推估實際數目, 而不是說還有別的造成瑕疵的原因
