两家学校的skype面试已经过去几天，发一下SIMON和SMEAL的面经。虽然论坛上关于这两家的面试已经比较全了，可还是觉得有义务再添点砖加点瓦。
1. SIMON 的面试：
面试官Andrew一如既往的、也一如传说中的nice，面试过程中互动挺好，让人会很有信心地说下去...面试问题还算常规吧：
Introduce yourself，陈述中根据对个人简历问题提出针对性问题 Why mba

short-tem goal
back up plan Why are you living in usa? How about usa? It's great? Or it's hard to adapt? type,your great achievement.
2. Smeal家面试:
面试官Ann很nice，楼主在暖场段和楼主问问题段充分感受到。不过在Ann问楼主问题时，还是很严肃的。我是事后才知道面试官是Ann，再一搜索，发现Ann的面试风格就是问超过10道题以上。 Go through your resume Why mba contribution to smeal how do your friends describe you and how do you improve them What clubs you want to take. What’s your hobbies? Short-term goal What’s you strengths and weakness in application criticism from your supervisor?
ethic dilemma, how to handle it others school you applied You need to look for new job, who can help you understanding about team spirit What can help you achieve your career goal?
