以下为JJ, AI, Someone’s achievement outweigh personal fault. AA, decrease shuttle bus fares and increasing price of parking
答案:A(S1〈S2〈S3)
A.y=x2+3x+1 B y=x2+3x+2 C y=2x2+3x+2 D y=2x2+4x+2 E y=x2+4x+1 My answer:C 1) 答案:C(参见题115)
D. 175.p is a positive integer. how many different factors does p have (1)p/5 is a prime integer (2)p is the product of different prime factors My answer:D 答案:C (1)p/5 is a prime integer P/5 = 5 and p/5=7 the result is different (2)p is the product of different prime factors how many primes? So ==> C 阅读: 1. 21.

B. Mice that have been given morphine are very likely to develop blood poisoning because bacteria that normally reside in the intestine typically respond to morphine by migrating into the bloodstream. However, when mice are given both morphine and the new drug naltrexone, blood poisoning is much less frequent, although it does still occur. These results provide support for researchers’ prediction that naltrexone will turn out to be toxic to certain types of bacteria. Which of the following, if discovered to be true, would most seriously weaken the support for the researchers’ prediction? - After being administered to mice, naltrexone does not pass from the bloodstream into the intestine.
- Naltrexone inhibits morphine from triggering the migration of intestinal bacteria into the bloodstream.
- Mice that have been given naltrexone but not morphine have no greater risk of developing blood poisoning than do mice that have not been given either substance.
- The increased risk of blood poisoning is not the only harmful effect on mice of being given morphine.
- Conditions other than the presence of intestinal bacteria in the bloodstream can cause blood poisoning in mice.
问以下哪个选项,当地政府应该先考虑,before 征收property tax (地税) 答案是the local business stays mainly because of the culture institution in the area or else they will leave(意思是如果nonprofit组织离开其他business也会离开)
- PREP 139,
139. Besides adding complementary flavors to many foods, hot sauces stimulate the release of endorphins in the brain, just as exercise does, and these have a pain-relieving effect like morphine's. A. hot sauces stimulate the release of endorphins in the brain, just as exercise does, and these have a pain-relieving effect like morphine's
B. hot sauces stimulate the release of endorphins in the brain, like exercise, and they have a pain-relieving effect that is like morphine C. hot sauces and exercise both stimulate the release of endorphins in the brain, and they have a pain-relieving effect like morphine D. the release of endorphins in the brain is stimulated both by hot sauces and exercise, and they have a pain-relieving effect like morphine's - the release of endorphins in the brain is stimulated by hot sauces, just as with exercise, and these have a pain-relieving effect like that of morphine
