如何用朋友的信用卡付款

请问若用朋友的信用卡支付ets寄送成绩费和学校申请费，
那么填写的是朋友的信用卡帐号，但寄送申请的签名是自己的，
这种情况能行吗？银行会主动跟信用卡持有人确认吗？

I have solved the problem. I faxed the form to my friend then he wrote his credit card information and sent to ETS. Everything is ok.

sighs. sighs.... Why do not you apply a ICBC card yourself?  The gonghang card costs only 50 yuan a year and can be approved within 2 weeks - needing no guarantee.

I believe even the best friend will hesitate when he knows that his friend can pay with his card whenever.  Furthermore, how will he think if one day his card is wrongly charged?
Secondly, I asked a friend help me pay for my GMAT, but that deliver service was delayed by months and my application was almost all ruined.  We are best friends, but ETS can seriously hurt the friendship with its inadvertence.  

How do you think about that?

Absolutely, you can. YOu only need to get the account number and expiration date.

You shall ask your friend to send request to ETS for you. Then there will be no further argument.

I am not quite sure about your case. But I think it is ok, as long as the number and expire date is correct.
