Prepare your interviews until you are blue in the face. There are three types of interviews. Which kind of are your belonging to ?
1. The splutterer: the applicant is spontaneous!
2. The record: adequately prepared the contents but not enough to avoid giving the impression that it sounds overly prepared.
3. The actor: the applicant has so well prepared the contents and the shape that he has the opportunity of concentrating on interacting skillfully with his interviewer. The latter will therefore not realize that the whole thing was prepared!
