     申请表中，ACTIVITIES该如何填写，ACTIVITY/ORGANIZATION是指活动的名称或是指所在组织的名称？
     另外，OFFICE OR LEADERSHIP ROLE 是指所担任的职务还是指相当于职务的职位或是指所在部门的名称？
     至急！

OFFICE OR LEADERSHIP ROLE refers to the position you hold.

ACTIVITY:mean the activities you have organized or joined in
ORGANIZATION: If you have attended some organizations to take these activities, you may list the names.
Office means the department you worked for;
leadership role refers what kind of position you took in this office or relative actitivies and organizations.

As a matter of fact, you can think about these in terms of many practical situations.
