B 在病人不能忍受医院通常使用的药时，许多医院就会使用Novex。
（这里的drug非Novex）
说明 For sinus pain 医院通常使用的药，很多病人不能忍受，可能是易起副作用之类原因（所以它们在街边买不到.）， 这时医院才会使用Novex。
在能被忍受的前提下，医院会首选其它药 the drug the hospitals usually use，这时 Novex不是the most effective painkiller for sinus Pain。

我也认为D是对的。B绝对支持；E大部支持。D中的迷惑点在于pharmacies ，他是指医院的药房，而不是指街边的。也就是说，病人从医院里那的药，并不是医生认为最有效的。
