A   中it  如 果 指 energy ， 那 后 半 句 的 逻 辑  好 象 有 问 题。
如 果 说 未 划 线 部 分 的its 是 指in  后 面 的  名 词， 那 未 尝 不 可 说B  中 的its  也 是 指 在 whereas  后 面 的 句 子 中in 后 面 的  名 词 。

应该选A。因为B中的ITS才有歧义。它指带谁？A中的IT可指带“能源”。
WHILE引起比较是可以的。
一般在英语中象这样再次用ENERGY是可以省略的。

第一题的确是it指代混淆，可以前后均指代
第二题C应该没错吧，我记得练习册上好像有题，还是白勇讲课的时候总结过，不过记不清了
第三题to肯定不能省略，因为是拿与**关联做比较，如果省略了to，就变成与**关联和一个动物比较，不对等
