此题标准答案是B。我认为是D。

我认为条件1也能推出结论。

设总人数为x。

50%*25%*x=7

x=56

MM好象没把题目看清楚,MM的这个方程意思是50%的employees是sales staff,其中又有25%是male 且为7人.但题目的比例都是针对同一个群体说的,都是全体employees.如果题目为 50 percent of the employees are sales staff in whom 25% are males.那么 MM的方程就对了.那么此时,条件1成立,得出条件2不成立,因为只知道50%里male 与female之间的比例关系,并不知道另外50%非sales staff中男女的数量比例关系,所以既然无法得到整体男女比例关系,那么也无法得到整体量的关系.

那么按照现在的题目来说，如果设总数为Ｘ，那么２５％Ｘ＝male,50%X=sales staff,但是，并不知道male与sales staff 的比例关系，所以条件１在这种情况下无法利用得出结论的，因为没有与这个绝对量相对的相对量．

但是条件２可以列出方程：

２５％Ｘ＝７５％Ｘ－１６求出Ｘ即可．

当然这里有一个隐含的条件就是除了男员工就是女员工，应该不会有第三类员工吧？

一般这种题，就是要搞清相对量与绝对量的match的出结论，呵呵
