II和III里面的算了之后都相等，所以选E.

就是“Ä ”是一个符号，代表着这样一种运算规则~

把等式两边的都用这个规则换算一下~~看看是否相等就好啦~

像I中的x Ä xy = x/xy-xy/x=1/y-y

x(1 Ä y)=x*(1/y-y)

所以两边不相等啊
