可是题目并没有明确指出 hiring Experienced users of Microton computers 的费用和hiring otherwise qualified people who who would have to be trained to use Vitech computers的费用谁多谁少。

C只是说, Experienced users of Microton computers的费用比hiring prospective employees who have no experience in the use of computers得费用少。

可能存在hiring prospective employees who have no experience in the use of computers+trainin得费用更多。

把这题详细分析一下。

C的意思是,招聘Experienced users of Microton computers(老手),所要求的(每个月的)薪水太高了,远比招聘prospective employees who have no experience in the use of computers(什么也不懂的新手),所要求的(每个月的)薪水,要高得多得多。众所周知,薪水是固定每个月都要付的,而training的费用是一次性的。所以,即使招聘新手,然后花钱training他们成为Microton老手,也比直接招聘Microton老手,要便宜很多。
更何况,training新手学Vitech本身就比学Microton还要便宜。
从花费的价格高低排序就是:招聘Microton老手招聘新手+花钱training新手成为Microton老手 > 招聘新手+花钱training新手成为Vitech老手
注意,这里我用了“远远大于”号:》。因为C说“much higher”。
所以,从以上排序可以很容易看出,直接招聘Microton老手不妥,原因就是C中所描述的。
