On the xy-coordinate plane, what is the area of a right triangle, one side of which is defined by the points (2, 3) and (4, 0)?

(1) The triangle’s sides cross the y-axis at exactly two points altogether.
(2) The y-coordinate of the third vertex of the triangle is zero.

Either the difined side is a median,or it's a hypotenuse of the right triangle, both can meet the condition (2)
