我理解成: Inviting+Functional ==> Unobtrusive, 即Unobtrusive是Inviting+Functional 之必要条件。如此，则与答案B相悖。

题目说现在的建筑师过多地强调个人风格，因此他们的建筑not functional for public use。
但inviting and functional for public use是建筑物unobtrusive的条件，因此现在的有个性的建筑就是obtrusive。
也就是not unobtrusive
