应该是b， 我选的时候也选c，看错了，完全凭感觉做的。：）

c的错误就在于，1， 说的是past 3 years。（我看题目的时候脑子里就构思出一个weaken的方式，就是未来几年需求不会增长，那么增加供给价格反而会下跌。但c说的是过去3年。）而且从相关无关角度说，题目说未来几年，选项说过去几年，也可以说是个无关选项了。

2， 如果过去3年需求没有大幅度增加，而供给下降，则可能解释过去的价格上升。（题干中说病虫导致价格上升。）所以c实际只是给题干一个解释，即使需求不变，供给下降，也可能导致价格上升。c不能weaken

应该是b吧！因为ets给出了关于Insect infestations，如果答案中没有用到，就多余了，可是逻辑的提干不会给多余信息的

B.就是说杀虫剂很好用了,Cotton的产量不会受到影响了，Ortoria这个地方的农民种Cotton也卖不到好价钱了。
