好吧，这是一个老题，看过了各种解释，说一下自己的理解，请教一下诸位到底哪里不到位
首先，argument是informal, nonhierarchical work environment帮助Summit留住了员工，这一点应该没有问题吧？然后 B和D各种解释我都基本同意，唯一的问题是，B说是hierarchical work environment会妨害交流导致员工无法完成工作，但是完全没说nonhierarchical不会啊？ 还是说，在逻辑题里，对于A和非A的对比，A的弱点非A一定没有？ 这个不太合理吧？ 另外一个关于B的问题，B的逻辑链应该是这样的hierarchical work environment-> no exchange of ideas-> couldn't do work-> employee to quite,这里面最后一环完全是假设吧？好像既不是充分也不是必要？为什么这个是成立的？最后假设OG的权威性不容质疑，那我我可不可以这么理解，如果argument是A can do B because C, 那么证明non-C will cause A couldn't do B就是加强?

是support题，不是assumption题。正确选项不必严格地支持题干中的结论。
B选项讲了等级制工作环境的坏处，虽然没有没有讲非等级制工作环境的好处，但也勉强算是对非等级制工作环境的一种肯定吧。
对于一个support题来说，这就够了。

你的逻辑链很清楚很正确，你说最后一环是假设的，没错。因为这是SUPPORT题，不是AAUMPOTION题，是可以引入外来信息的。

然后这里确实就是either-or啊！就好像一个人不是男的就是女的，是女的能穿裙子，所以是男的就不能穿裙子。但你一定要说男的也可以穿裙子。。。。这个GMAC就没有办法了。。。。
