    我想问：1 就“关于”这个意思而言，over和about有什么区别？？还是只是固定用法上的区别，例如dispute over，又例如 concern about 等，意思上都是关于
                2 C 选项中的whether or not是不是必错的？？

个人觉得，虽然about比 over 合理，但这不是关键错误。关键在于后面的whether， GMAT规定whether.......or..........为合理。但不能说whether or not 必错，whether or not 形式没问题，问题在C选项中后面还接or后就错了。

顺便说一下，whether.......or..........通常为二种情况选一。whether or not 通常为一种情况的是与非。
