如何把握interview中的问题回答？

在interview中，回答问题一般多长时间合适呢？如果按照essay的样子回答，是不是会让面试人觉得太罗嗦啊？现在想想，一个面试确实至少需要大概45分钟，否则怎么可能大概了解一个人呢？

30-60 minuties are very common.

you should not recite the essays, but should prepare the answers for some basic questions according to the essays. try to use oral englsih not written english.
