M说两种瓶子很像,消费者容易混淆
Danville说其实瓶子是有区别的,我们有金色的标志,他们没有

A选项说他们的瓶子很多标志以金色做背景,结合Danville说的我们瓶子有金色的标志,所以瓶子们还是很容易混淆的,weaken了Danville 说的瓶子是有区别的

D说可以区分,因为我们有金标,他们的没有。潜台词就是消费者仅用金标就能区分二者产品。

A选项尽管说了D的瓶子用金色做背景,结合D的标志是金色的,也无法推出瓶子容易混淆。因为无论是选项和原文都没有说M的标签或背景是什么样的。如果M的背景是黑色的,无论D的背景是不是金色,只要不是黑色,都可以区分。而D选项一出来就直接秒杀了。一般的消费者只通过瓶子最明显的部位区分。无论用什么背景,只要瓶子相似就不行。
