B、D，their指代不清
Cis the best，other也是必须的，没有在其它选型中出现
D、E，more的位置产生歧义，不知是更多的cars还是更省油
修饰歧异：morefuel-efficient small cars  比较排除自己在外other。
我有一个不明白的地方。这里的比较是两个不同的时间的，后面的谓语动词应该是were，不是应该不可以省略吗？

本题是宾语比较，直接加宾语成分的比较内容就ok啦。。。如果是时态改

变的主语比较，是需要补出不同时态的谓语动词的。。。。。。
