我之所以列出此题是因为:题目里5% tax 并未说清楚5% of what?从子面上可以理解为:1) tax is 5% of the final price $210, or 2) tax is 5% of the price before tax.可是老美不会get confused on this,因为在美国买东东,selling price都是不含tax的,付钱时再加上tax.可在中国selling price都是含tax的了(学财政,税收的同学更会了解), 所以此题对中国考生不公!
*其实, 此题对巴西的考生也不公!因为巴西的很多tax都是% of final price. 即: tax is 5% of $210,而且ETS的答案里确有$199.5等着他们上当. 不过巴西的考生也离咱太远了,聊以一乐而已!

1. 引起很多争议的天山 7 - 13 "deer ticks pick up bacterium from feeding the infected mice". 此提变体问weaken,这样一来答案就很清楚了.我的是deer ticks will not pick up the infection after become adult.
2. University donation - fund raiser didn't do a good job in... question also changed to ask weaken, so the answer become very clear: fund raiser got the money from people never donate before.
3. A said: Carbo doixide and methane cause "greenhouse" reaction to make Earth temperature higher. Suggest to burn meathane to create electricity.
Opposition: Buring meathane will create carbo doixide.
Which of following works as counterpoint to the opposition?
Ans: Carbo doixide will cause less greenhouse reaction in atmosphere than methane does.
