答案是D, 可是翻来覆去都没办法看懂这句话到底要表达什么意思，感觉上是最高法院裁定公立高校能从反对某些活动的学生那里收取活动费用，只要得到钱的团体是不考虑他们的意见选出的。   这里的几个they, their也比较晕，总之看不到要表达个啥。

此题，含有一个隐含的条件，就是学生参加相关活动的前提，是先要加入一个group。

现在呢，这些有大学做背景的activity（实质就是group）要收钱了。

尽管有些学生对个别特定的activity持有一个反对的态度（注意：此处有个需要理解的地方，就是学生是反对某些activity，不是反对公立大学收钱这个事体）。

那么，只要这些收钱的团体的成立，不是因为他们具有某种观点，就都是可以的。

谢谢楼上的耐心细致回答，句子的结构算是理清楚了，大意是：只要被给钱的group是不考虑他们的意见选出来的 学校就可以向学生收入费用。

我还有一个小疑点就是这个group是指的什么？这个理不清楚 整个句子要表达的意思就还是没有完全明白。谢谢

原句有错，怕理解起来有偏差（当然做题时候必须从一个表达错误的句子看出它的语义来）所以直接上正确句子来解释吧~
