Gmat 690， 美国Undergrad degree可以上哪家学校，只考虑Top15.需要再考么？
现在哪家学校可以开始申请mba了？

I'm a bit confused. the GMAT is a test most for the MBA with is not an UNDERgrad program, but a grad program. Do you already have your BA? In what? Do you have work experience? How much? Doing what? where? we need a weeeeeee bit more info here, to help you out.

Harvard, Columbia, Stanford都可以开始申了，其他学校的online application也马上available了。

690不是不可以申top 15，但是绝对是一个weakness，需要你package里其他方面能够shine out，否则希望不大。
