| I worked with two individuals extensively over the last 3-4 years and wish to get the recommendations from them. But one of them just left the company to pursue MBA at one of top schools himself.
My question is that: can I still ask him for the recommendation? That is, would it be detrimental to my application that he himself is at a business school?
