一开始，我想的是，S是一种可有可无的东西，即使用来做防腐剂，当有些makers不加的时候，S在酒里的含量为0，那么一些人就不过敏。所以我理解的是，只要只有D导致过敏，其他物质不过敏，就算假设。
可是后来我读第一句话，including those...as preservatives。。。也就是S在酒里可以做防腐剂，也可能做其他物质； 就算那些makers不加S，某些其他形式的S也会作为防腐剂的作用而存在，多以D不能作为假设前提。


我有点转不过来。。。谁能帮我解释一下啊。。

即——sulfites在红酒中的应用
