我感觉c这里的there is 和there were是否单复数上要一致啊？还有E是否错在动词has,要是改成have是否就正确啦？谢谢

可数名词省略我看都是复数谓语， 除非是不可数的。表示比率一般都用多少多少for ****的表达。

(1)there were的单复数与其后面的表语一直，后面省略的可能是类似于

microcomputers for ....

(2)E即使改为have，也不是好的选项，microcomputer是学校的，给学生用的，

不是学生的。
