the first:the goal of shunning the  use of executive titles :防止因为titles对公司内部的communication产生负面影响。而shun是可以防止这个现象产生。

the second:use of a title can facilitate an executive’s dealings with external businesses. it is the advantage of using the title,that means, at the same time, it is also the drawback of shunning the use of executive title. the second does not refer to the effectiveness of the that strategy(shun...) as a means of achieving that goal.
提出的是一个drawback,对外部有影响，并未质疑说shun不能很好达到解决公司内部communication的问题。
