我的理解'put trough"是过去分词，修饰“rules",但是如果是这样，怎么能把‘put through" 放patient 后面呢？

我本来理解put后面部分修饰rules.所以以为是“新规则在一个医院推行试用 ”

put through 表示经受的意思 用被动形式 是修饰patients的后置定语 还原就是patients that were put through
